本校為中華航空公司企業會員，現有華航機場貴賓室1月到期序號開放校內人員索取，序號使用期限為2025年1月31日。1月31日前搭乘華航班機者，如欲免費使用貴賓室，請詳閱華航企業會員優惠及企業禮遇操作說明後，回覆下列表單，謝謝。

※注意事項：
1.華航華夏會員卡號、訂位代號、航班號、航班日期皆為必要資料，任一資料如有錯誤，系統將無法綁定序號，無法成功綁定將不受理該筆申請資料。其他等級會員已有免費使用貴賓室資格，故僅提供華夏會員申請。
2.表單填畢送出後，秘書室將依序綁定序號給符合資格者，至發完為止（申請資料送出成功不代表綁定成功），作業時間需1至3個工作天。
3.表單內容為單程資料，如來回行程皆欲使用免費貴賓室，請填2次表單，惟航班日期須為2025年1月31日前。
4.如欲使用2月1日後之免費貴賓室，請依「【華航企業會員China Airlines Corporate Member】曾累計華航搭乘淨額且再次購票者，可免費使用機場貴賓室（數量有限，換完為止）」公告內容，另外提出申請。
5.本活動如有異動皆以網頁公告為準，不另行通知。
6.提醒您，如搭乘中華航空公司航班，請踴躍為本校累計搭乘淨額，可同時享有折扣，且不影響您的個人會員權益，謝謝。

Our University, a corporate member of China Airlines, is currently offering serial numbers for free China Airlines airport VIP lounges to NCKU faculty, staff, and students. The serial numbers will expire on January 31, 2025. Those who plan to fly with China Airlines before January 31 and who wish to use the free lounges are asked to thoroughly read China Airlines Corporate Member Benefits and Corporate Flyer Service and submit the application form below accordingly. Application Form for Free China Airlines Airport VIP Lounge Serial Numbers, Expiring in January

* Important notices:
1. China Airlines Dynasty member card number, booking code number, flight number, and flight date are all required information. If any of the information is incorrect, our system will be unable to issue the serial number, resulting in your application being rejected. Because free VIP lounge access is already a benefit for China Airlines members of other levels, this application is only offered to Dynasty members.
2. Once the application form has been submitted, the Secretariat Office will issue a serial number (limited quantity) to those who qualify. Please note that successful application form submission does not guarantee the issuance of a serial number. The application will take 1 to 3 business days to process.
3. The application form pertains to one-way trip only. Those who wish to use the free VIP lounges both times during their round-trip travels are to submit the form twice. However, please note that both flight dates must be before January 31, 2025.
4. For those who wish to use the free lounges after February 1, please apply separately as per the announcement “Passengers who had accumulated the ticket net value of China Airlines and have purchased tickets again can use the airport VIP lounge for free (limited quantity).”
5. Any changes to this promotion will be announced on the website and no other individual notifications will be made.
6. Reminder: If you fly with China Airlines, please actively accumulate ticket net value for our school to enjoy discounts without affecting your personal membership rights. Thank you!
7. Please kindly note that the English version was translated from Chinese. When the meanings in English and Chinese differ, the Chinese version shall prevail.
